Description:

We are looking for MIS Coordinator who is good in MS Excel, eye for detail to join our team. In this role, you will be expected to collect end-to-end data post installation for monitoring function to ensure delivering excellent results and achieve goals. This would entail working in close coordination with multiple stakeholders – both internal and external.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The selected candidate(s) will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop understanding on various initiatives of Selco Foundation in improvement of livelihood and health delivery system.
  • Collection of primary data directly from the relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain database in the prescribed format / software.
  • Analyse the data, generate reports and information as per requirement of the organization.
  • Conduct training and capacity building activities for different stakeholders in order to generate / maintain relevant data.
  • Co-ordinate with various verticals within and outside the team
  • Co-ordinate and supply regular information to the central unit of MIS, stationed in the head office and others periodically and as and when required.

Other skills / competencies:

  • Should be able to travel extensively within and outside north-eastern States.
  • Should be able to work in a team, maintain rapport with members within the team and other colleagues in Selco Foundation.
  • Having good articulation and communication skill.
  • Fluency in English / Telugu/ Hindi / Kannada any of the regional languages of North East region.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, dynamic with high learning attitude.
