Job Description
This position would require the candidate to have strong analytical thinking, writing and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in literature review, quantitative and qualitative analysis, data cleaning, and report writing is preferred. Core Expertise Required

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive secondary literature reviews on livelihoods and renewable energy for sustainable development.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to generate insights and support research objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to design research methodologies and frameworks for data collection and analysis.
- Carry out primary data collection through interviews and FGDs.
- Utilize statistical techniques and software tools to analyze data sets and extract meaningful conclusions.
- Develop clear and visually compelling data visualizations, such as charts and graphs, to communicate research findings effectively.
- Prepare written reports, presentations, and other materials summarizing research findings and recommendations for diverse audiences.
- Support the development and implementation of research projects, including fieldwork and stakeholder engagement activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in development studies or a related field.
- Between 4-5 years of work experience in research
- Experience in conducting literature reviews and synthesizing research findings.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, R, or NVivo.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
