SELCO Foundation, a not-for-profit, engages in field-based R&D and ecosystem building for development of decentralized renewable energy solutions that alleviate poverty in urban, rural, and tribal poor areas. The organization works across verticals such as energy access, build environment, health, skill development, energy entrepreneurs and partners from various developmental sectors. Foundation seeks to inspire and implement socially, financially, and environmentally inclusive solutions by improving access to sustainable energy.1. Position OverviewThe Program Manager will be responsible for state- or district-level implementation of SELCO Foundation’s national initiative to enable 10,000 Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) to adopt decentralised, climate-responsive, productive-use energy solutions. The role requires execution excellence, strong partner management abilities, contextual grounding in agriculture and rural livelihoods, and an understanding of decentralised renewable energy (DRE) for value chains. The Program Manager will work closely with government departments, FPO-promoting institutions, financial institutions, and implementation partners to ensure high-quality rollouts, data-backed decision-making, and continuous refinement of models.
