The Field Associate – Knowledge & Documentation will support the capture, analysis, and dissemination of field-level insights from SELCO Foundation’s livelihood interventions in the Nagpur region.Working closely with field teams, and partners, the role will ensure that implementation learnings are systematically documented, translated into usable insights, and fed back into program design and scale-up.With a strong grounding in field realities, the role will bridge implementation and learning, enabling better tracking of outcomes, improved decision-making, and stronger communication of impact.
