Baseline data collection to monitor the implementation of the Energy for Health program interventions in Arunachal Pradesh
The TOR's objective is to bring on board an agency to collect baseline data for the SELCO Foundation Energy for Health intervention. The agency is required to provide a comprehensive work plan and/or movement plan before beginning data collection, along with daily updates on the status of data collection in the state and the real-time sharing of data. It's important to emphasize that the data will undergo validation, and in case of any discrepancies, enumerators and supervisors are expected to communicate with the center to resolve and rectify them.

TOR for SaaS Provider for Apurva.ai for SELCO Foundation
SELCO Foundation for the past two years, has been pilot-testing a GenAI platform in collaboration with Apurva.ai. It is aimed to explore the power of leveraging technology to incubate transformative systems change at scale i.e. building systems of change that provide timely information for complex decision-making for organizations, by reducing the time taken to arrive at those decisions. This initiative aims to prove out the potential of scaling a learning methodology in the development sector, which can balance diverse views and agile decision making.
