The Role:

We are looking for Manager - HR to manage end to end recruitment cycle for open positions, from handling requisitions, identifying potential hires, interviewing and evaluating candidates and finally offering and managing their joining and on-boarding. S/He should work independently to discharge the duties assigned.

The recruiter will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for the organisation and to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees aligning to the mission, vision and Values of the organisation.

Key responsibilities for the position:

  • Understanding the hiring requisitions
  • Design and update the job descriptions
  • Advertise job openings on orgainisation’s careers page, social media, job boards and through internal references
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and Linkedin, Naukri.com)
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Prepare compensation structure and get necessary approvals
  • Negotiate and close the offer with selected candidate
  • Share offer letter and plan for joining and onboarding
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including TAT, time-to-hire and source of hir
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Find potential recruitment agencies

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter esp closing middle and Senior position
  • Preferably worked in the social Sector Sector in similar capacity
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Understanding of referral programs
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgement
  • BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
  • Willingness to travel if required
