Job Description:

Join our team as a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Analytics Fellow. In this role, you will contribute to the development of finance collaterals including documentation of business and financial models, as well as play a pivotal role in documenting essential thought process of financing for livelihoods. Also, you will be responsible for breaking down large, complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making for program teams. This fellowship promises immersive experience within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive documentation on enterprise program challenges including case studies, pictorial stories, etc.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation on financial models including case studies, pictorial stories, etc.
  • Conduct diligent research and analysis for the livelihoods vertical
  • Create and uphold up-to-date standard operating procedures, process flows, and other pertinent documentation
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring precise and punctual analysis and documentation
  • Collaborate with teams across departments to collect, collate and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Showcase adept analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, Canva and PowerPoint
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
