SELCO Foundation an NGO established in 2010 is working on building a holistic ecosystem for sustainable energy access. In this regard SELCO engages in technical, financial and social innovation, enterprise development, skill building and financial inclusion. The organization works on demonstrating and catalyzing the role of renewable energy across verticals of well- being, health, education, livelihoods and built environment.

Key responsibilities :

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Maintains security and telecommunications system.
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and managing attendance for employees and consultants/interns.
  • Managing records of kitchen items.
  • Maintenance of master sheet for courier process (Delivery Parcel).
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Meeting rooms booking and management
  • Helping in other day to day tasks will be assigned by the reporting manager.

Key requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree.
Hands-on work experience as guest attender and front desk management.
Self-motivated and responsible.
Preference will be given female candidate,
Telephone Skills
Verbal Communication & Listening
Knowledge in excel and word.
Willingness to join immediately or in 15 day’s notice
Basic Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada language.
