About the Knowledge and Partnerships Team:

The Knowledge and Partnerships Team at SELCO Foundation is responsible for managing partnerships, grants, and knowledge dissemination. We work collaboratively to ensure that our programs are executed in line with organisational goals, and that their impacts are well-documented and shared with our funders and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop diverse set of content by accumulating information from the implementation teams as per the priority subjects, relevance to external stakeholders and time of dissemination
  • Conduct secondary research, lead consultations with primary stakeholders (community members, practitioners and sectoral experts) to validate information
  • Analyse information gathered from multiple sources and internal teams to develop quantitative and qualitative briefs and reports
  • Assist, write, translate content for other organizational needs that may arise from time to time, including but not limited to reports, presentations, proposals
  • Support the team in developing funder specific content, partner outreach and overall donor management.

Who Should Apply

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Social or Development Sector, Communications, Media or Creative Writing and/or related fields
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong networking capabilities and demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills suitable for collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to process information and create compelling documentation for the sector
  • Ability to perform field-assessments, on-site evaluations and producing comprehensive reports
  • Willingness to learn, grow and develop at personal and professional front, at a rapid pace with a steep learning curve
  • Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and multicultural environment
  • Willingness to travel for 2-5 days in a month
