Job Title: Project Manager - Think Tank - Narrative Building Campaigns
Department: Think Tank, SELCO Foundation
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview:

Alright, future Project Rockstar! SELCO Foundation needs someone awesome to wrangle our narrative building campaigns (think SELCAP, Impact / Failure, SELCO-AI, We Scope, and more). If you're the kind of person who gets a thrill from organizing chaos, loves connecting with people, and has a bit of a soft spot for design, keep reading! You'll be the go-to person for keeping projects on track, making sure everyone's talking to each other, and helping us tell some seriously impactful stories.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • You'll be helping to create and manage project plans – timelines, milestones, deliverables, the whole shebang. Consider it your project management bootcamp
  • You'll be the bridge between internal campaign teams (within Think Tank), external collaborators / consultants, and designers. Your mission: make sure everyone's on the same wavelength. No more "lost in translation" moments!
  • You'll be building strong, positive relationships with everyone involved in the projects. Think of it as leveling up your people skills!
  • You'll team up with the Think Tank team to gather all the info needed for killer design briefs. You'll be a crucial part of setting our designers up for success.
  • You'll be supporting the management of agreements with external partners. We're talking paperwork, processes, and making sure everyone gets paid. (Don't worry, we'll show you the ropes!)
  • You'll help welcome new folks to the team, making sure they feel at home and know what's what.
  • You'll be keeping a close eye on project timelines and making sure we hit those deadlines. You're basically the project's timekeeper!
  • You'll share your ideas on how we can make our workflows even better. We're always looking for ways to be more efficient!
  • You'll help coordinate project resources, making sure everyone has what they need to shine.
  • You'll help spot potential roadblocks and brainstorm ways to avoid them. Think of it as being a project detective!
  • You'll keep everyone updated on project progress and gather feedback to help us learn and grow.
