a) Minimum 12+ years of work experience in relevant field with track record of 50+ Crore worth                  procurement of goods and services     b) Ability to mentor and manage the procurement team and collaborate with other teams in the            organisation     c) Strong skillsets to plan meticulously and rigorously follow up on day today basis.    d) Ability to evaluate quality of solar components, electrical components, health equipments and agri     processing solutions etc     e) Strong negotiation skills with added language skills of English, Hindi and Kannada preferred
