Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as Senior/Program Manager for Intervention Data Management and Maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for collating all aspects of livelihood intervention data, monitor and oversee intervention maintenance. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong initiative, a passion for innovation, and a comprehensive planning and organizational skill set. The ideal candidate is expected to be entrepreneurial, adaptable to varying situations, and responsive to organizational requirements. In this role, the candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistent demonstration of the organization's values, philosophy, and key approaches across the work portfolio.

Roles And Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Senior/Program Manager is to ensure the readiness of intervention and beneficiary-level data for analysis and report generation. SF captures data from intervention beneficiaries through various sources, encompassing Intervention deployment details from program teams, procurement teams, Telephonic and Physical monitoring of deployed interventions, and Evaluation studies.

1. Establishment of Data Mobilization SoPs and processes

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) for data mobilization at various levels and stakeholder
  • Oversee the smooth flow of data through established SoPs

2. Internal team coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including M&E, program teams, and procurement teams, to ensure the seamless inflow of data.

3. External stakeholder coordination: Coordinate with external partners, stakeholders, and vendors to facilitate effective data exchange and collaboration.

4. Intervention details collation: Streamline and oversee processes for collating intervention details, ensuring efficient capture of data from program and procurement tea

5. Telephonic and physical monitoring data mobilisation and team management

  • Take responsibility for mobilizing telephonic and physical monitoring data.
  • Conduct periodic training for the monitoring team, oversee the monitoring process, and ensure the timely and high-quality collection of monitoring data

6. Analysis and report generation-

  • Analyze the intervention and monitoring reports regularly.
  • Generate reports for procurement and maintenance teams.
  • Identify gaps in intervention design vs deployment and technical problem resolution.
  • Oversee problem resolution processes

7. Identification of Data Mobilization Challenges: Identify challenges in data mobilization at various levels and implement corrective actions.

8. Training and Recruitment: Identify, train, and recruit field enumerators or agencies for field data collection in intervention geographies based on organizational needs.

9. Support M&E team :

  • Provide support to evaluation and research teams in their studies.

10. Data Safety Oversight: Oversee data safety aspects of the organization at respective levels, ensuring compliance with security protocols and standards.

These responsibilities reflect the comprehensive nature of the Senior/Program Manager role in managing both internal processes and external collaborations while maintaining a strong focus on data quality and safety

Requirements

  • Between 10-12 years of working experience in the research sector within the social development field.
  • In-depth understanding of Data collection and collation, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), and field data collection.
  • Sound knowledge of the procurement and Maintenace
  • Sound knowledge of the development sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to derive meaningful relationships from data and draw insightful conclusions
  • Efficient user of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in oral and written English. Proficiency in other languages such as Hindi, Kannada, Odiya, Assamese, Manipuri will be considered an added advantage.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Willingness to actively participate in field activities, surveys, and travel to remote areas within the region.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualification:

Master’s degree in social work, social entrepreneurship, economics, management, demography, or any other relevant social science field, which includes statistical training and expertise in experimental methods.
