Minimum qualification: Diploma / Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics)
Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years.
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Travel: Ready to travel extensively in the field
Working Days and shifts: Monday to Saturday - 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Language: Odia, English, Hindi.
Interview Process: Initial call (telephonic or Skype/Zoom) followed by an in-person interview.
Probation period: 6 months.
Salary: As per the standards.
Joining date: Immediately.

About the Post:

The Technical coordinator would be working closely with geography team to help in designing, implementing and carry on the research and development for the sustainable energy-based solutions for various livelihood activities. The position involves travel to the different regions in Jharkhand.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary and secondary research on the suitable renewable energy technologies for the livelihood enhancement
  • Conduct preliminary site assessments, data collections and on field evaluations.
  • Provide support to the implementation team in data collection and technical support.
  • Solar system design and on -site trouble shooting as needed.

Desirable Profile:

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent and previous experience in design, development, management related to renewable energy is preferred.
  • Renewable energy-solar energy related experience will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for 10-15 days in a month.
  • Highly motivated, responsible, self-directed, resourceful, and flexible, Ability to multitask, good communication skills
  • Knowledge of English and Hindi preferred
