The consultant or consultancy firm should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Expertise in Climate Change and Urban Resilience: Demonstrated experience in climate risk assessments and vulnerability mapping in urban areas.
  • Experience in GIS and Remote Sensing: Proficiency in GIS, satellite imagery analysis, and spatial data interpretation
  • Knowledge of Local Context: Familiarity with the socio-economic and environmental conditions of Indian cities, particularly Hubli-Dharwad, Puri, and Bhubaneshwar.
  • Multidisciplinary Team: Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including urban planners, environmental scientists, climate experts and local authorities.
  • Demonstrated Reporting and Communication Skills: Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
