The E4H Digital Platform is a comprehensive Asset Management and Incident Management platform designed to manage decentralized renewable energy systems used in public healthcare facilities. The platform is being developed on the DIGIT platform, a highly secure and scalable platform for managing public sector digital services. The objective of this engagement is to enhance, develop, and maintain the modules , and to help SELCO Foundation launches a fully-fledged platform by the end of October 2026, maintaining it for a couple of months until full handover to State Governments.

Tender 05 – SELCO Foundation Hereby Invites Bids For The Enhancement, Development of Modules for the Livelihood Digital Platform (Setu4Livelihoods) and Maintenance
The objective of this engagement is to build IMS for climate smart livelihood equipment and machinery, and to develop the additional pipeline modules , ensuring that the renewable energy systems remain reliable and sustainable for income-generating activities. The platform is being designed to scale rapidly, aiming to onboard a significantly expanded number of livelihood enterprises across all four sectors, thereby increasing the impact of SELCO's Livelihood Program.
