| Expected area of expertise | •Experience in poultry systems, livestock development, or rural livelihood programs •Understanding of poultry nutrition, low-cost feed formulation, and locally available feed ingredients •Experience in documenting grassroots innovations, community-led enterprises, or sustainable livelihood interventions •Ability to conduct field assessments, stakeholder consultations, and implementation learning documentation •Familiarity with decentralised and smallholder poultry production systems •Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills •Experience working with farmer collectives, women-led enterprises, FPOs, or rural communities is preferred •Familiarity with sustainable agriculture and circular economy approaches will be an added advantage •Ability to assess feed formulations, ingredient suitability, and decentralised feed models from both technical and livelihood perspectives |
